My friends and family wanted me to write down my thoughts and lessons I have learned over the years.

There is nothing exceptional about these thoughts as there is nothing exceptional about me, rather, this blog is made up of lessons I have learned and implemented in my own life. I have to trust they might mean something to you.

I have been married to my high school sweetheart, Elaine Thompson, for 36 years. We have two tremendous daughters, Lanie Beth Sinclair and Leslie Wilkins, two tremendous son-in-laws, Brad Sinclair and Matt Wilkins, and two of the most beautiful granddaughters in the world, Rowan and Darby Sinclair.
